Lunch Teacher Tells 5 Year Old: Not Good to Pray – Girl Says It’s Good, Teacher Says It’s Not Good

After the teacher denigrates the little’s girl’s practice of praying silently before lunch, she says “they caught me again.” It’s not only “not good to pray,” it’s also “not allowed.” Homeschooling on the horizon.

Little Girl Told It's Not Good to Pray

Little Girl Told It’s Not Good to Pray

My wife and I were shocked when our 5-year-old daughter began to tell us that someone on staff at her school saw her praying – told her to stop – and said “it is not good”. This is Kindergarten. She was praying to herself for her food, following the biblical values we are working hard to instill in our children. We are so proud of our little princess and as you can see – we continue to affirm her that prayer IS GOOD and that NO ONE can tell her she can’t pray. No doubt we will homeschool going forward.

We live in the United States of America – the land of the free, yet our traditional values and religious freedoms are under assault. This is just a small example.

Disclaimer: Sorry about the background noise! Our son was practicing drums in his room and we were not planning on this video! Which… also explains her messy hair before heading to bed! 🙂 Marco Perez

Soon when the Gestapo discovers a child praying they will remove the child from the home and put him or her into an special school.

    • KatieNorcross, you’re right. Reconditioning school.

Parents HAD better get off their butts(Pardon me), and start finding out what is going on in the schools……NOW!

  • Government schools have become indoctrination centers. Teachers, for the most part, believe it is more important to teach the children what to think than how to think.

For a person in authority to treat a child like that is abuse. Period. The teacher and the school should be sued.

What most people fail to understand in the arguement over the seperation of church and state is that all of the responsibility is on the state to stay out of the churches business. That is no teacher (hired by the state) can comment against or in favor of any individuals religious choices. They are banned from doing so by the constitution. The constitution gives individuals ful religious rights and denies the state any say what so ever in that decision. This teacher has denied this child her civil rights and could go to jail if charged correctly and convicted.

  • I don’t understand who or what it can hurt. I haven’t heard a Christians complain about the rest of the kids not praying.
