Surely there’s a next step. We protest some; congressional hearings, subpoenas, letters to high-ranking officials, and they, the administration, flip-us off — they flip-off one-half of Congress like we are flys on a cows butt. They flip-off federal judges and contempt of court charges as though to say “You gotta be kidding. Do you know who I am?” The good news is, this time the protests are coming from state attorneys general from Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. The initial start, but hopefully not the end of the story, is their joint letter to Kathleen Sebelius denouncing administration overrides, illegal, unconstitutional, of ObamaCare.
“We support allowing citizens to keep their health insurance coverage, but the only way to fix this problem-ridden law is to enact changes lawfully: through Congressional action. The illegal actions by this administration must stop.”
Indeed. What’s next?
Obama’s attempts to patch-up the ACA with ‘executive actions’ are illegal/unconstitutional, and the TEA Party was the only one who ever even gave a damn- everybody else just let him run hog wild. These days you can expect the Dems to sit there like lambs while Obama destroys constitutional government in DC… but where the hell are Boehner and McConnell?

The House will introduce legislation to force the administration into releasing weekly reports on how many unique website visitors come to HealthCare.gov, how many new accounts were at least started and how many enrollees there were in a qualified health plan, their level of coverage and updates on fixes to the website.

Don’t misunderstand me. It is the job of Congress to work through legislation. They and we should have the expectation that passed legislation CANNOT be high-jacked — that there is simply no avenue to skirt law. Had anyone in Congress been reading and consulting, they would have seen the ambush coming three years ago.
I want tough guys to show up and lead the way; Defending Fathers, Defending Mothers and attorneys. We need some big action, drastic moves and we need it now.
Not a single Attorney General from a Democrat-controlled state signed the letter. Corruption is business as usual. There are 30 Republican Governors and 25 Republican state attorney generals. Why only eleven signatures on that letter to Sebelius?
