The “bipartisan” Office of Personnel and Budget (OPM) is “under pressure” to rule that the ObamaCare Law is designed to pay a portion of health care for everyone working on Capitol Hill. The law doesn’t state that, but since Congress makes law and is willing to abdicate the duty often, the OPM is the “decider,” with Obama personally “involved.” Besides, Congress is headed home today – no time for silly things like determining if taxpayers will pick up a bill not mandated by law. Can’t get around it. The OPM is making law after being pressured to do so.
Obama’s involvement in solving this impasse was unusual, to say the least. For thee and me, no Cadillac plans available.
The ruling means that despite an amendment that made all members of Congress and their staffs subject to the same law they are imposing on the rest of America, they won’t have to pay for it. Instead, taxpayers will be footing the bill. Source: The Blaze
One more confirmation that the Rule of Law is dead in America.
