Bloomberg to Ban Displaying Tobacco Products Producing Huge Revenue: Curtain All Tobacco

Obama SmokingThe cowards. He and the government will NEVER BAN cigarettes because of the huge tax revenue it brings in. Government wants you to smoke and they want to tax you for it in a big way. Bloomberg’s latest ploy to stick his nose in your business is to deny legal sellers the right to display tobacco products in sight of shoppers. Don’t misunderstand me, anyone wanting to smoke should be free to do so. I am not for banning cigarettes. I’ve never smoked, and I have no one around me daily who is smoking, and if I did, I would do something about it. I’m simply pointing out this is government in its purist form – corrupt – take from, and restrict everything possible from those legally living their lives.

“One week after New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg lost his fight to ban large sodas, he’s trying to ban the display of all tobacco products in stores. Business owners would have to keep cigarettes under the counter or behind a curtain. This would make New York City the only city in the nation to do so.” Source: Fox News

Perfect solution to address the problem, Yer Honor BloomingIdiot, given the sterling product being regularly belched forth (whether before or, in increasingly rare cases, AFTER graduation) by NYC’s public school system.

Dude 1: “Dude, the cigarettes are all gone. What are we gonna do?”
Dude 2: “I dunno. That sign on the shelf where they used to be might tell us something, but I don’t know how to read what it says, do you?”
Dude 1: “Nope. Who cares anyway? Guess we’ll just have check out some other store.”
