Kai, a homeless hitchhiker who love to surf was hitching a ride with a man who believed he was Jesus Christ. That man is identified as (allegedly) Jet Simmons McBride. McBride smashed into a PG&E utility worker in West Fresno, penning him between the car and the utility truck – because the utility worker was Black. As Kai and others tried to help, McBride grabbed a woman. Kai said McBride (6’4″ and 290 pounds) could snap a woman’s neck like a pencil and so he “smash, smash, sa-maaaashed” him with his hatchet. The woman said Kai saved her life. The PG&E worker underwent surgery with non-life-threatening injuries. Kai said if he had not done his smashing, more people would have been hurt. Watch the video.
