In 2011 Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) introduced H.R. 2613, the Citizens Protection Act of 2011 which, if passed, would have abolished “gun-free zones,” allowing armed protection on school grounds. The legislation didn’t make it out of committee. The Journal News in Rockland and Westchester Counties, New York published not just a list of gun owners with names and addresses in the area, but provided a map to each legal gun owners residence. In turn, blogger Robert Cox at Talk of the Sound blog printed the names and addresses of some employees of Journal News. Now Journal News has hired armed guards to protect their employees, and today an envelope with white powder caused the evacuation of the Journal News facility. Now the unarmed citizens of the area are officially outed as easy targets for the criminals who always have the guns, legal and illegal. The following video is credited to a “Fox News Parody.”
