John Lott is a gun rights advocate who taught at the University of Chicago at the same time as Barack Obama. Obama referred to Lott as “the gun guy.” In a conversation with Laura Ingraham, Lott recounts Obama saying “I don’t believe people should be able to own guns.” Lott says he believes where Obama will do the most damage to gun rights is on the Supreme Court.
