Adam Smith, the once-CFO and Treasurer of Vante, Inc. bullied a young employee of Chick-fil-A and got fired for being a “nice guy,” “a heterosexual” and “feeling purposeful.” Greg Gutfeld profiles the “d-bag” in the video below.
Vante, Inc is a medical device manufacturing firm in Tucson, probably trying to stay in business after ObamaCare’s new tax on all medical device producers. The company fired Adam Smith. Two thumbs up to Vante.
Effective immediately, Mr. Smith is no longer an employee of our company,” the company said in a statement.
“The actions of Mr. Smith do not reflect our corporate values in any manner. Vante is an equal opportunity company with a diverse workforce, which holds diverse opinions. We respect the right of our employees and all Americans to hold and express their personal opinions, however, we also expect our company officers to behave in a manner commensurate with their position and in a respectful fashion that conveys these values of civility with others,” the statement added.
The young Chick-fil-A employee who took this abuse was sweet and polite throughout. Note that Vante took this step without being pressured by Conservatives and/or Christians. The Five discussion on Smith follows Gutfeld’s rant. For two other exemplary examples of Liberalism, see this and this.
