ABC is apologizing for an “incorrect” report that James Holmes had connections to a TEA Party (aka Taxed Enough Already Party).
“An earlier ABC News broadcast report suggested that a Jim Holmes of a Colorado Tea Party organization might be the suspect, but that report was incorrect,” ABC News said in a statement. “ABC News and Brian Ross apologize for the mistake, and for disseminating that information before it was properly vetted.” ABC
They found the name “James Holmes” on a TEA Party website. The name is not unusual. I found a Facebook page for a “James Holmes” in Denver – the only one identified as living in Denver. It was, as I have said, a “zany” page, and the photo I saw could be the James Holmes pictured above. Did I report it? No! Now that page is down, and so it was probably him.
And these “journalists” denigrate bloggers! It’s a cute trick that they report negative news about conservatism that they know is a lie, and then they apologize and laugh about it in the lunch room.
It’s tough for Progressives to know…and they do know, that the TEA Party is not violent. They simply want smaller government. How do you criminalize that with any degree of integrity? You cannot unless you lie.
And what if he had been a member of a TEA Party? He is said to be a smart guy with an undergraduate degree in from the University of California Riverside. If he had been a member of that particular TEA Party that shall go unnamed here, unless he exhibited strange behavior or clued in the other members, how would they know? TEA Parties across the Nation routinely chuck weirdos and hatemonger who try to infiltrate.
ABC is filthy. They are a disgrace, maybe only behind MSNBC. I don’t know. There’s CBS and NBC, and CNN. They are working to outdo each other in their mammoth lies. A Pox on Them. See my continuing updates on the murders here. Grumpy Opinions has more information on Ross, George Stephanopoulous and Politico.
