Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton will shadow each other in Tulsa this weekend, and one Tulsa man is calling for the New Black Panthers to come to town to teach Tulsa Blacks how to protect themselves from this evil city of Tulsa, Oklahoma. More details when available.
Jackson will be at a private leadership meeting at noon Friday at First Baptist Church North Tulsa, 1414 N. Greenwood Ave., and will speak at the church at 6 p.m. Saturday at a public Rally for Hope and Healing, said First Baptist Pastor Anthony L. Scott.
Sharpton will speak at a public meeting at 3 p.m. Sunday at Greater Union Baptist Church, 955 E. 36th St. North, along with the national president of the NAACP, Benjamin Jealous, said Greater Union Pastor Bob Kendrick Sr. Source: Tulsa World – read more here
Both of the addresses above are on Tulsa’s north side. I’ll be awaiting the dynamic duo’s condolences to the family of Bob and Nancy Strait and watching crime stats elsewhere in the City while police turn out in huge numbers “over there.”
