Necrophilia, the practice of having sex with a corpse, is making a legal return to Egypt. Also included in the law is mandatory Female Genital Mutilation, and the lowering the marriageable age for women girls to 14.
Egypt’s Islamist-dominated parliament is set to introduce a law allowing husbands to have sex with their dead wives up to six hours after death. Critics fear that the controversial law highlights a trend of increasingly anti-women legislation since the so-called Arab Spring.
The proposed law has sparked much controversy, specifically within Egypt’s National Council for Women, which has been campaigning against the law, saying that it “marginalizes and undermines the status of women and would negatively affect the country’s human development.”
Dr. Mervat al-Talawi, head of the NCW, appealed against the law to the Egyptian People’s Assembly Speaker, Dr. Saad al-Katatni on behalf of Egyptian women.
The “Farewell Intercourse” law is just one of many new laws being introduced to Egyptians recently by the Islamist-dominated parliament. Other laws call for the legal marriage age to be lowered to 14 and abolish women’s rights to education and employment.
The controversial law further evoked criticism among Egyptian media personas. Prominent journalist and TV host Jaber al-Qarmouty used his program to lash out at the proposed law.
“This is unbelievable. It is a catastrophe to give the husband such a right. Has the Islamic trend reached that far? Is there really a draft law in this regard? Are there people thinking in this manner?†he asked.
Yet, this was not the first time Egyptians caught wind of the “Farewell Intercourse” law. The law was first introduced in a fatwa (Islamic law) issued by a Moroccan cleric last year. Zamzami Abdul Bari said marriage remains valid even after death. He also said that women have the right to have sex with their dead husbands.
Someone tell me how a woman can have sex with a dead husband? That is a joke. This is another example of the misogynistic mindset inbred into the Muslim male. A mind set in the 7th Century and never to leave that era. And this is the result of The Arab Spring which President Barack Hussein Obama not only praised but supported. So much for his expertise in foreign affairs.
The words morbid and disgusting come to my mind.

It would be great if the MSM would cover some of this. This is exacly what happened to Iran under Carter. The Shah and his wife wanted to westernize their country, and the clerics were outraged. When considering these matters it’s important to examine the details. And, we should never condemn the laws of a diverse culture, prematurely. For example, upon reading the legislative commentary, it seems Egyptian men prefer their sex partners to be quiet. Well, who likes being repeatedly asked if it’s in, all through the process of intercourse? This is completely understandable. The six hour provision was debated at length until the lawmakers reached an important compromise. If the husband does not have a meat thermometer to help determine time of death, he can begin the six hour count from the time of his first act of love. Further, a husband who owes money to local businesses can sell his wife’s service to his creditors. Because the wife is dead, and time is short, the usual prohibition against more than 100 acts of intercourse per day is waived. It is expected that generous husbands will invite friends, family members and neighbors so they can pay their last respects. Needless to say, young virgin boys should always be invited to attend the dead wife. However, they must also practice beating the wife into silence in preparation for adulthood. Any male adult family member may supervise. Several lawmakers suggested inviting other wives and daughters to observe so they can learn the correct method of intercourse. But this suggestion was not formally adopted as the law respects a husband’s wide discretion in these private family matters. Pursuant to the established law of halal, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to alter or invalidate the usual rules of food preparation. Therefore, not less than 6 or more than 24 hrs after death, the wife shall be processed out in the manner of a cow. Public slaughter of the wife/cow is suggested for holidays only, as it may excite foreign criticism. So, after reading the fine print, this new law seems pretty reasonable, all things considered. I mean, it’s Islam stupid.
That is the biggest piece of BS that this blog has gotten. Having sex with the dead is disgusting! Making laws to allow this shows the true nature of Islam. A barbaric, obsolete, religion based on nothing more than the lunatic ramblings of a adolescent mind in a raving pedophile. It is no wonder that these inbred lunatics cannot conceive an idea or product that would benefit the world.

It is awful to imagine anything like this happening in the world around us. Must be the work of some extremist politicians to even consider such a law. No husband can get such grave rights to misuse and exploit a dead wife’s body. It would be very shameful if such a law is passed or even debated in parliament.
