For some reason, the video begans with how this Russian man and his vengeful and jealous wife have been together since they were 17 years old (she’s a Scorpio, don’t ya know). All the time, he is conducting electricity and lighting a match from the top of his bald head. He says he has been in the Guinness Book of World Records twice and is trying for the third time. To do so, he needs a one million volt transformer to attempt to charge on to become a wireless laser man. He travels his country helping those with sinus and back problems, which he demonstrates in the video. Watch him fry a hotdog between two forks.
