Dan Kish of the Institute for Energy Research, says the Obama administration’s investment of taxpayer dollars into his own idea of a green initiative is a “great business model if you have no scruples.” Solyndra is just the tip of the iceberg, he says in this interview clip with Ginni Thomas. The administration has spent “tens of BILLIONS of dollars,” “other companies have failed – they haven’t made as big a splash as Solyndra,” “other companies are going to fail.” “Big contributors and bundlers for the campaign, who were involved in the companies would benefit,” “taking tax payer monies or BORROWING IT FROM THE CHINESE” and giving it to these companies – “it’s a great business model only if you have no scruples, and if politicians go along with this.” “This is far from over. There will be many, many more Solyndras.
The Institute for Energy Research has an article up on it’s site revealing the desperate spin NPR is putting on the Solyndra story and a conversation about the losses in the renewable and fossil fuel industries:
The second Kish video in this series is here.“This is not a moderate presidency…To drive so much of the Nation’s wealth into energy sources that cost more, are less reliable, will make us less competitive and our people poorer, is not a moderate policy.” Kish says the “extremism” in this administration’s skyrocketing energy policy is why we have lost much of our economic edge. We should have learned by now, that future policy must “back the government out of” schemes like these. History shows that the US has had the successes we’ve had because the Government is not involved. View the third video here.
