Santorum Wins Iowa – GOP Says It’s a Tie – Sloppy Caucuses Useless: Bring on The Conservative Party

Rick Santorum won the Iowa caucus after all, by eight 34 votes, but the GOP is calling it a tie. OOPS UPDATE: The votes from EIGHT precincts are MISSING, and apparently that’s why the GOP is calling it a tie. The votes are said to unrecoverable. I still standby by call for a Conservative Party. The GOP was in charge. The buck stops with party officials. Remember the night of the Iowa caucus when the vote was not announced timely, and we heard that votes were in a “truck on the way to somewhere.” Then we were told the votes were never in ‘a truck on the way to anywhere.’ At the time, Rick Santorum was leading. I do not put it past GOP officials subverting the will of voters.

This is my original content before learning the votes from eight precincts:

Their man, Romney, has to win, you see. Do you think it possible had the FINAL vote been reversed, the GOP would have claimed it a tie? Not possible. Disgraceful and it makes me ashamed to say I’m a member of the Republican party – maybe I won’t be for long. Winning by one vote isn’t a tie unless you’re a Democrat.

Furthermore, if Iowa cannot tally their caucus votes in a professional manner, the state should drop off the radar of their much coveted “1st caucus” state.

If you can’t count your votes and announce the winner professionally, quickly and accurately, then do the nation a favor and move your caucus on down the calendar where your results are less relevant, because Iowa is now irrelevant forever. Bring on a national Conservative Party and make it available to everyone across the map for the 2016 elections.

Needless to say, this doesn’t help Rick Santorum in any way.
