Quote of the Day: Obama’s Nobel Prize

Quote of the Day goes to Newt Gingrich:

As an American I am not so shocked that Obama was given The Nobel Peace Prize without any accomplishments to his name, because America gave him the White House based on the same credentials. ~ Newt Gingrich

  • A second for the motion!

    • Motion named and seconded. All in favor raise your hands.

  • Newt is no saint. But I’d rather have a ladies’ man in the White House than Reggie Love’s man.

And I think conservatives and independents, and even disaffected Dems are more than smart enough to understand how splitting our vote will put Obama back in. I would vote for a snail, frog or a Newt any day before Obama or any 3rd party candidate that would ensure Obama a second term.

    • I’d love to vote for Allan West. But barring that I’ll vote GOP.

  • I’m not a fan of Newt but I’ll give him credit for standing up and taking responsibility for his mistakes both personal and professional. Newt says he went to God and begged forgiveness. If he can admit to doing that and God can forgive him, who is anyone to say different?

For those Christians who condemn him for his past mistakes. Just remember, the Apostle Paul, before his conversion, sanctioned the murder of Christians and was on his way to arrest other Christians when he got converted.
