Christmas Tree December 16: Rascal Flatts I’ll Be Home for Christmas

Christmas can be celebrated in the school room with pine trees, tinsel and reindeer, but there must be no mention of the man whose birthday is being celebrated. One wonders how a teacher would answer if a student asked why it was called Christmas.” ~ Ronald Reagan

Please scroll down for current news. I will have a Christmas Tree “stuck” on top through Christmas Day.

The tree below is the 2011 White House Tree sitting in the “China Room.” Interesting that the theme this year is “Shine Give Share.” When we “give” don’t we “share?” The video is Rascal Flatts with a fabulous a cappella rendition of I’ll be Home for Christmas, with beautiful video.
