Hank Williams Jr on Hannity Video: Golf Summit a Dumb Move

Hank Williams, Jr. was on with Hannity last night. Hank didn’t like Obama, Speaker Boehner (R-OH) and John Kasich (The Three Stooges) playing golf (better known as The Golf Summit). Williams told Hannity he campaigned for Ohio governor John Kasich (R), and he was outraged at the threesome playing golf. Williams said his daughter asked him if he was “in trouble,” the night the news broke about ESPN no longer featuring him. He replied, “if I am, we all are,” alluding to our First Amendment rights. Williams saidthe golf summit, during a very difficult time for America, was an “absurd, ridiculous and dumb move.” We won the November 2010 election: “why were they out there.” Sean said he would miss Williams on Monday Night Football. Hank replied: “Stand-by for 2012.” He also talks about songs found in the trash of his parents belongings, now on an album. Here’s the video.

  • This man is a real American. Williams was nearly killed in a mountain-climbing accident. While he was climbing Ajax Peak in Montana, the snow beneath Williams collapsed and he fell almost 500 feet onto solid rock. He suffered multiple skull and facial fractures–his face was split vertically from chin to hairline, exposing the frontal lobes of his brain and requiring over two years of reconstructive surgeries to rebuild his face. To hide the scars and the disfigurement from the accident,Williams grew a beard and began wearing sunglasses and a cowboy hat. This entertainer, re-created himself. Instead of feeling sorry for himself.. which he did for a while, he stood up against his own demons and became a hero to many Americans. So why is it surprising when he speaks the truth of his opinion, well founded by actions of lily liver’d representatives and a traitor to all we believe leader. God Bless Hank.
