Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson formed the new South Central L.A. Tea Party and promptly planned a rally to expose the “lies and misinformation” of the NAACP. The rally was held yesterday, July 24 and below are the few reports I found. After watching the videos, I see that much of the protest is about illegal aliens and the NAACP. ‘Power to the People’ See two rally videos below.

If you don’t know Jesse Lee Peterson, he is what Hard-Core Leftist Progressives would call a traitor. For those of us who are actually accepting, Peterson is the founder of BOND – The Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny. The group, as identified by their Wikipedia page, is, “…dedicated to a conservative agenda among African Americans.” He is also theauthor of SCAM – How Black Leadership Exploits Black America. (Peterson is also the creator of the National Day of Repudiation of Jesse Jackson, just to add to his bona fides!)
Reaganite Republican’s article last week, Obama Regime is Black America’s Worst Enemy, is reflected in this rally:
Indeed, Obama has almost succeeded in transforming a large section of the US middle class into entitlement-addicted serfs with no home equity and little optimism… just the way he likes ‘em. But it’s American blacks who have really been taking the brunt of it, and it appears that for the first time in his cosseted,auto-pilot political career, Barack Obama might be held responsible for actual results… and they are crap.
In both videos Reverend Jesse Peterson speaks (he’s in the green shirt). He reads a report or letter describing him a “token Republican,” and a “coon.”

If you have time for only one video, the first is my choice. The first speaker is Rev. Peterson. A Rabbi (?) asks the NAACP:
…where were you NAACP, when we have to accept as teachers (unaudible, but I think he is saying the LAUSD daily ) - the races of lowered standards?…We don’t want your stinking multiculturalism. We are Americans. We don’t want your bilingualism. We speak English.

A young man says he is there promoting a ‘Summit’ on August 6 on the impact of immigration on the Black communities. He is asked what the impact is. He says, they are ‘taking over our jobs, consuming our housing’…in the video at about 2:45 min in, he gives the details. He is from Blacks for Equal Rights. I have no idea whether he is connected to the South Central L.A. Tea Party.
A speaker at about 4:45 min-in says [snippets]:
…the NAACP is “about done with us” because “their new minority are Hispanics and Latinos, and particularly illegal aliens and their children, not Black people.” That is the new power structure, the voting power and the economic power. The Democrats have wiped their butts with Black people and thrown us aside to pick up Hispanics and illegal aliens – for the vote, money. The Republicans…they don’t want us because they’ve realized since 1968, they don’t need the Black vote to win the presidency, so consequently, we’re in serious trouble.
When the rally was first announced, Shaw’s Blog posted this quote from Rev. Peterson:
“We’re gonna expose and educate the people about the [NAACP],” said Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson. “They are not supporting black Americans, but using them for their own personal gain.”

Has any American thought to question the Liberals and Democrats, why they think the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act is broken? Is so, like any bill–why cannot be amended, as they are able with any law that passes through Congress?
