Holding the U.S. Constitution in her hand, wacky Texas Democrat Congresswoman, Sheila Jackson Lee, sitting in attendance at Rep. Peter King’s (R-NY) hearing on Muslim radicalism in U.S. prisons, asks a panel member, are you “familiar with the Christian militants?” Are “Christian militants” wanting “to undermine this country….?” They might try to “bring down the country.” Lee is specifically speaking of abortion at one point. If you are against abortion, which she knows is settled U.S. law, you are a Christian militant. She is actually addressing taxpayer funding of abortion, which is widely unpopular by anyone paying taxes, or having an ounce of morality. She also mentions the many ‘Christian militants’ bombing abortion clinics.
“Are you familiar with the Christian militants?” she asked former New York Dept. of Correctional Services official Patrick Dunleavy. “Can one might say that they might possibly want to undermine this country because right now the right for women to choose is a Constitutional right but people disagree with it but here is an individual trying to undermine the protections that are given to women? Would you suggest that might be compared to trying to undermine this country? That’s a possibility, is it not?”
“As we look to be informational, we should include an analysis of how Christian militants or others might bring down the country,” she said during the hearing. “We have to look broadly, do we not?”
Abortion, or the right to choose an abortion, is not a Constitutionally-protected right, Sheila, however the right to life is – and it doesn’t depend on what the meaning of is, is.
Personally, I don’t know how many more Methodist bombings or Baptist daughter beheadings I can handle. And what about those Catholics marrying off their nine-year-olds to Uncles? Also suspect are those Christian militants, freshly released from prison and funded by their social security checks, heading straight-away to Somalia. It would be scary, Sheila, if it were true, or even close to true, but not as scary as you.
What the Congresswoman (and other Islamic sympathizers) chooses to ignore is that Christian theology, including Jesus Christ, doesn’t advocate wiping off the map, anyone of any ethnicity or belief…forever gone. The Koran does that, and it plainly says that Islam MUST dominate the world. An infidel may live under Islam, but only in total submission. The Lonely Conservative has the point at which Lee decided she’d better drop the madness.
