USActionNews published a list of the twenty legislators receiving the most in monetary contributions from from public sector unions. You’ll see not one Republican on the list fo the best government democrat union money can buy.
There are more union workers in government than in the private sector and they are paid 44% higher wages than in the private sector. Government job growth is 345 times as high as private job growth.
Now you see why unions which make up only 12% of the work force get 100% of the favors from Democrats.

Some union stats for 2010 from the Bureau of Labor Statics:
--The union membership rate for public sector workers (36.2 percent) was substantially higher than the rate for private sector workers (6.9 percent).
