The Department of Justice, and Attorney General Eric Holder, upheld the right of Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, Chile, El Salvador, Paraguay and Bolivia to have the right to savage Arizona.

The biggest problem is that the American public has the attention span of a gnat while all these things happen in the background which they always do and don’t go away.
Mike, that’s exactly the problem we have with these courts. We cannot begin to overturn these decisions fast enough. Everyday there is a new appalling lawsuit. Eventually, the 9th Circuit gets overturned but, until that time and millions of dollars later…some courts are working hard to take away the power of the people.

Zilla, have you heard of the retired Naval LT Commander who filed a treason suit against Obama (the b/c issue)? That was June 2009. The Secret Service visited him right away but did not arrest him.
He has dedicated the rest of his life to righting wrongs for wrongly accused service men. Seems he is including the courts as well. Here’s the URL:

We as a nation are far too polite to file Treason Charges. If he plotted with Chavez to do something despicable, it still wouldn’t happen.

When Mexico was allowed to join this lawsuit, I was speechless, but should have known there would be much more to come. Really, we must find a way to remove this President and his DOJ before 2012, but am realistic enough to know that’s not going to happen.

Proof, isn’t it odd that we are supposedly set up with a system of checks and balances, but the DOJ can single-handedly abolish all or much of what has made us what we are? We have the Executive Branch and the Department of Justice working together to bring America to her knees.
I don’t think our Founding Fathers ever envisioned such a corrupt and/ or spineless individual inhabiting an office like the current US Attorney General.

This is sickening! This ticks me off so bad, Maggie. This is such an upside-down world under Obama and his cronies. I am all for impeachment! Obama is waging war against the American people and violating his oath of office, which is to uphold the Constitution. This man must be stopped, and fast!
