Mexico Joins US Lawsuit Against Arizona Illegal Migrant Law: Arizona Goes to Human Rights Court?

Mexico sent a lawyer to an Arizona federal court and asked that the state’s illegal immigrant law be declared unconstitutional. In the meantime, the Arizona law may find it’s way to a Human Rights court.

Illegal Migrants

This is unbelievable:

Mexico says its interest in having consistent relations with the United States shouldn’t be frustrated by one state.

Also unbelievable is word coming out of the U.S. Senate that Obama may be planning an Executive Order to bring mass amnesty to the country. See the letter of 8 Senators to Obama here.

Verum Serum  says there is also a plan underway to take the Arizona Law known as SB 1070 to the Organization of American States (OAS). The OAS is the same group that denounced unseating then-Honduran president, Manuel Zelaya, who worked diligently to trash the country’s Constitution and Supreme Court. The OAS stood solidly behind Zelaya, a Hugo Chavez wannabe.

So not only will Eric Holder and the Justice Department be challenging SB 1070 in federal court, but the law may also be challenged in an international court (IACHR) with the participation of a group of elected officials from Arizona.

The IACHR is the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, based in Costa Rica, and allied with the OAS.

Asking if States have any degree of sovereignty under this administration and the Department of Justice is not an unreasonable question.

Nogales, Arizona police are being sniped at by Mexican drug cartels and we have shut down in excess of 80 miles of National Forest in the state because it is too dangerous for the U.S. taxpayer to venture into, even though we fund it.

This administration will obliterate any semblance of state’s rights unless we do something. A good example of what’s to come is Obama’s complete disrespect for the people of Arizona, when Jan Brewer, the state’s governor pleaded for help for her beleaguered state. For weeks he didn’t return a call, or an email, or a fax. Then he agreed to meet her at the White House. At the meeting’s end, he promised a response in two weeks. On the last day of the two weeks, Brewer heard via a foreign television interview with Hillary Clinton that the DOJ was suing the state. To this day, no one in the regime has contacted Brewer personally.

Not only are we under siege by Mexican drug cartels, rapists, murderers, pedophiles and human traffickers, we are under siege by our own President, and all the Presidents men (and women).
