In a speech before Moscow’s New Economic School, Time.com is quoting President Obama saying countries who are militarized have no future.
The future does not belong to those who gather armies on a field of battle or bury missiles in the ground.
And one, two, three…all together now, al Qaeda and the Taliban said: “you go brother!” So what’s his plan for Iran and North Korea?
One day this President will learn a hard lesson: his power lies in the military might and strength of America – that means our military strength, not his military strength.
Perhaps his military strength is planned to be the United Nations.
Obama’s Senate Bill 2433 commits to the eradication of poverty, and the achievement of the U.N.’s Millennium Development Goal (MDG), which intends to disarm the world – because the only way to eradicate poverty is to eradicate war.
1) The MDG says this can be done by initiating a worldwide freeze on armed forces – prohibitions of the use of force…move towards the abolition of war and…the UN Secretariat and interested Governments, or a separate group of Governments, should develop a draft proposal for global disarmament.
2) Prohibiting advanced weapons technology…devise ways of stopping the technological development of new and more advanced weapons…
3) Monitor small arms
There’s much more on immigration – calling for the “global principal of freedom of circulation for all…and controlling the world’s finances (you read that right), and controlling conservation through a global tax.
While Obama may not be able to pull this off…yet, the goals have been in writing for years. Obama supports it, although he seems to specifically tie his Bill to only reducing poverty.
The thing is, the U.N. MDG sees eradicating poverty tied to all the items I’ve listed above – war causes poverty, weapons cause poverty – and so they must also be eradicated. Obama wrote and sponsored Senate Bill 2433. The Bill has been sitting in a coma since December 2007 – waiting for the time to be right. This article has the pertinent links.
